An experiment

As all Cartown players know we can skin the cars we collect and as people who skin their cars on a regular basis know there is a collection of very helpful images know as shadow Templates.However the User who originally released them "Lemonade" has disappeared (probably kidnapped by Cie) and thus there are no templates for the newer CT cars.

Thats where I got an Idea why not just try and make them from scratch? After editing and uploading over 9000 times and 2 and a half hours of in total of work we have a "Pseudo Shadow Template" for the Dodge Deora.The template is not a accurate as Lemonade's,Id say it's about 75% accurate and it doesn't fallow the exact style of the old templates and probably needs more refinement.

Im looking to see if this works. So feedback (comments) will be much appreciated,try making a skin with this and tell me how it went...If people like it ill do a few more.

Cartown Police V1.0

The law enforcement officers of Cartown are some of the best and many have racing backgrounds.

The CT police enforce traffic laws that would seem odd or even cruel in other cites for example if a driver is guilty of a Hit and Run they lose their driving privileges for life.However if a driver is caught speeding olny a fine can be imposed and olny when speeds are 50 mph above posted limit.If a driver runs a red light their license is suspended for 3 months minimum.Strange laws like these are due to the fact the as a whole CT drivers are some of the most skilled in the world.Many studies have been done to try and disprove the laws and drivers but the results are always the same.In 2011 a study done on "high speed accidents and fatalities" found that out of  a population of 4.5 million there where olny  150 non fatal accidents,0 fatal,10 high speed chases that all lasted under 6.5 minutes and olny 1 automotive related death...

A man was driving his twin turbo charged 1959 Cadillac Coupe Deville on heat riser straight (A 10 mile long desert highway) when he ran out of  fuel.He then left his vehicle to purchase more fuel at one of the gas stations incremented every 2 miles when he was attacked by a known colony of roving house cats much of his flesh was missing and could olny be identified by his dental records and finger prints on the near by gas can.
